Cove House is offering a special reduced price to owners for advertising on the website of $5.00 per month with every third month free. Pricing will start as of January 1, 2020. Properties listed with a Realtor must use the realtor advertising form. The owner's form is to be used only when the owner is selling or renting the property.  Further details are outlined on the owner's form.
